Kathmandu to Pokhara 5 Nights 6 Days

Day 01
Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport, Kathmandu. A traditional warm welcome with garlands by our airport representative. Drive to Hotel. Briefing about the package then free for relaxation and jet lag recovery.
Evening dinner follows by cultural exchange programme at one of the leading restaurants.

Day 02
After breakfast we have an early morning drive for our rafting expedition. We arrive at our rafting point at Charaudi and raft down the Trishuli River encountering some exciting rapids till we reach our end point, Kurintar. We are served freshly cooked Lunch at Dalima Resort with all the products from the local village. Relax for the day and night halt at Dalima Eco- Friendly Holiday Resort. Accommodation can be Eagle Huts, Tented Huts, Machan Huts, or Forest Huts. Evening is filled with cultural exchange accompanied by traditional dinner.

Day 03
Early morning drive to Pokhara after breakfast. Hotel check in and orientation on nature and culture of the Pokhara Valley. Boating in the Fewa lake, observe aquatic fauna, water birds and climb to the World Pease Pagoda from the Dam site. Watch birds along the trails surrounded by the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest. Return to hotel for lunch. After lunch explore bat caves, river gorges and Devis waterfall of Pokhara. Evening awaits with Newari style dinner overlooking the night life of Pokhara from the roof top restaurant.

Day 04
Depart for Naudanda. Check for the fork tails and forest birds en route. See the reminiscent of historic salt trade route to Tibet. Visit Eagle migration route at Naudanda ridges to observe amazing birds of prey and stunning snow capped mountain views. Lunch at Naudanda and after lunch we drive to Kurintar. Night halt at Dalima Holiday Resort.

Day 05
Early morning drive to the cable car point. Take a ten minutes cable car ride to the Manakamana Temple. Visit the Temple premises and then return back by the cable car. Lunch at Dalima Resort. After Lunch drive to Kathmandu. Hotel check in. Evening Dinner at an exclusive restaurant with cultural exchange program.

Day 06

Kathmandu to Chitwan 7 Nights 8 Days

Day 01

Day 02

Day 03
Early morning drive to Sauraha, check in at one of the finest lodges and refresh for an exotic lunch. Briefing on the facilities and domestic Elephant Management Facility at the government elephant stable. Slide show on the natural history of Chitwan. Overnight at the Lodge in Chitwan.

Day 04
Elephant safari and bird watching in the Kumrose community forest. Mammals include rhino, four species of deer, wild boar, if lucky the elusive tiger. Kumrose forest composed mainly of tall trees like Trewa nudiflora (Gutel, Vellor), Bombax (Simal, Kapok) is a good place for sighting of common leopard. Bird includes parakeets, shama, brown-fish owl storks, stork-billed kingfisher etc. Overnight at Sauraha in the same lodge accompanied by Tharu Cultural Dance.

Day 05
Early morning drive to Bis Hazar lake, a newly proclaimed Ramsar site with forested wetlands for watching Rhinos, Deer, Birds (Stock, Herons, Ducks, Grew headed fishing Eagle), and marsh crocodile. Proceed to Kasara park head quarter and Gharail Crocodile Conservation Centre. Gharail is the slender billed crocodile that grows up to 7 meters in length and is critically endangered species. They live in river and feed only on fishes. Short hike to Tamar Lake gives greater chances to see the elusive tiger, sloth bear and the gaur bison. Overnight at Sauraha at the same lodge.

Day 06
Early morning drive to the Kurintar. Check in at Dalima Holiday Resort, for refreshment and lunch. Take a ten minutes cable car ride to the Manakamana Temple. Visit the Temple premises and then return back by the cable car. Overnight at Dalima Holiday Resort in the wilderness of Kurintar.

Day 07
Early morning drive to Kathmandu. Check in at one of the finest hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu

Day 03
Drive to Lumbini. Check in at the Hotel adjoining Lumbini Garden. Lunch on arrival. Walk to Maya Devi Temple, the birthplace of Prince Siddhartha. Watch birds in the Sacred Garden. Parakeets, spotted owlet and myanas congregate in the fig trees of the garden. Inspect the monasteries of the various countries and get an in depth knowledge of the monuments in Lumbini. Overnight at Lumbini.

Day 04
Explore other adjoining areas of historical significance like Tilaurakot, Taulihawa, Ramgram, Devdaha all of which are closely related to the Lord Buddha'a ancestor. By the end of the day one can have an adequate knowledge of the archeological ruins of the Shakya Dynasty.


Day 05
